YOUR ROLE
- Manage and grow existing indirect business by fostering sustainable relationships with key distribution partners.
- Oversee distribution business across the U.S. and Canada, collaborating with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders from other regions and business units.
- Work closely with internal support teams to advance Henkel’s initiatives.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with leadership teams of key distributors.
- Provide field support to distributor sales representatives, strengthening partnerships and driving growth.
- Manage pricing within distribution accounts, including leading contract negotiations.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM entries to accurately reflect account performance.
- Coordinate distributor needs with relevant Henkel internal teams.
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, customer service, application engineering, etc.).
- Strong persuasive communication, analytical skills, and customer focus, with proven experience in managing independent projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- This position is fully remote.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
The salary for this role is $90000.00 - $100000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
